Use this form to request one-time and ongoing data from Arts & Sciences. Be sure to hit the red Submit button at the bottom of the form.

As we adjust to reporting out of Workday Student, completition times will be slower as we re-create all of our processes. Please allow 5 business days for us to review your request and respond with questions or feedback. Is this a one-time request or something that will be needed on a recurring basis?
The more specific your request, the easier it will be to analyze and provide reasonable feedback. What question(s) are you wanting to answer? Please tell us the data elements you are looking for and any parameters needed to filter the data.
How many semesters' or years' worth of data is needed?
Must be at least 5 business days from today
