Praxis Application

The Praxis Program is designed for students in or entering their sophomore year. Students must fill out the below application for the program and be accepted to enroll in Praxis courses. Students must have maintained at least a 3.0 GPA to be considered eligible; this program is only offered to students in the College of Arts & Sciences.

To successfully submit this form:

  1. Submit your resumé using the blue button in the file upload section.
  2. Submit the form using the red button at the bottom of this form.

Enter your full name in the File description field and click the blue Submit button to upload a copy of your resumé.
