Wellness day & post wellness day policies: Report a concern
*This form can be used to report a wellness day policy concern by students in any academic division*
The following wellness day policies were agreed upon across Arts & Sciences, Olin Business School, McKelvey Engineering, and the Sam Fox School.
• No mandatory or optional class meetings may occur on wellness days, March 2-3, and April 12.
• No assignments may be due or assessments (tests, quizzes) given on March 4 or April 13.
• No AIs/TA's shall be required to return graded work on wellness days, March 4, or April 13.
• No assessments (tests, quizzes) may be given or major assignments (>15% of final grade) due on March 5 or April 14. Students may earn participation/attendance related points in class in the days following wellness days (e.g., via clicker questions about in-class material or in-class polling). Routine, low-stakes assignments (response papers, problem sets, etc.) may be due on March 5th and 14th.
If any of your courses have scheduled a meeting, deadline, or assessment in violation of these policies and you are not comfortable raising the issue directly with your instructor, you may report that violation using the form below. Reports may be made anonymously, but to allow for follow up or clarification as necessary, we are providing the option for you to give your name and email address. Identifying information will go only to the appropriate school dean/director, and your name will not be shared with the instructor of your course.
